Becca

Becca is a slab with bracketed serifs. It brings the athmosphere of early advertizing typography into a modern environment. With its full varienty of weights Becca will serve in many different way. From smaller copy upt to packaging and even on billboards. Although it feels like 50ies or 60ties Beccas heritage goes further back to the 19th century and therefore it carries tradition and contemporary style.


One one hand there are angular serifs with a technical feel but on the other hand there are dynamic drop terminals.


In the standard set the main figures are tabular but with a proportional old style figure set as a feature.


As wll as traditional and stylistic ligatures.
